Full Service Planning

This package can vary greatly depending on the Bride and Groom's needs. We have worked with couples who are heavily involved throughout the entire process, and we have worked with those who are completely hands off and prefer not to be bothered with all the details. This service can begin anywhere from a year to three months before the wedding; it all depends on your time frame. 

 

A partial list of Full-Service Planning includes: 

•  In-person planning meetings

• Providing unlimited support via phone and email

• Establishing and managing a planning timeline with periodic updates

• Providing budget guidance and keeping track of expenses

• Helping develop a wedding theme/ style based on your personal taste

• Selecting rental items to enhance decor design

• Scouting and researching venue locations and vendors to fit your style and budget

•  Scheduling vendor meetings and negotiating contracts

• Coordinating hotel room blocks for out-of-town guests

• Helping with selection of paper goods such as save-the-dates, invitations, programs and escort cards

• Assisting with wedding-related errands

• Coordinating transportation
